CONFLICT RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, we follow Swedish law. If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact customer service via e-mail info@monolitsports.com.

In the event that we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can use the European Commission’s online complaints portal. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. The complaint is submitted via https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
