Shipping policy

We use Postnord and Bring for deliveries. When your order is sent from our warehouse, an e-mail with shipping confirmation will be sent to the given e-mail address containing the delivery method and tracking number. The order should then reach you within 1-7 working days, depending on where you live. The order will be sent to your nearest post office or pickup locker. You will receive a notification by SMS or e-mail for the collection of your package.

If you have not received your delivery within 7 working days, we ask you to contact our customer service at info@monolitsports.com. During long weekends and campaigns your order may take a few extra days. We cannot guarantee delivery time frames will be met but will do our best.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
We take responsibility for products that are damaged or lost during the delivery to you. If you discover that the product you receive is damaged in transport, you must make a complaint as soon as possible. We recommend that you report any transport damage directly to the postal agent when collecting your package. Please also contact our customer service at info@monolitsports.com and include your order number, pictures of the damage. Keep postal and product packaging intact.
